Info needed on bbpcrm avilable in solution manager

we have installed solution manager 7.0 in our company .

i just want to know what is the importance of 'bbpcrm' in solution manager .

Does that mean that SAP CRM functionality is available in solution manager ?

ALso in SPRO , we have customization of 'Customer Relationship Management ' , is all the functionality of SAP CRM is included in that customization ?

can anyone explain me the difference between the functionalities available in CRM of SPRO in solution manager and SAP CRM

There is no "difference".

Some Solution Manager scenarios are based on the CRM logic (e. g. Support Desk, CHARM).

Yes and no.

SolMan uses the logic and the CRM framework for some scenarios, it´s so to speak a "CRM system with special customizing and extensions".
