POS Sales set explosion

Hi All,

we will be using POS DM to pass sales set articles into ECC for updates (at the individual component level) rather than the parent article. If there any special config required to make this happen? If not, is it recommend to perform the explosion (via ABAP) in ECC?

Hi James ,

I dont think you need any ABAP Development for this ...

Sales would come to SAP R/3 via 251 mvt type via your IDOC .

While posting these IDOCs will explode the BOMS for the Inventory posting .. We can have Mvt types 317/318 for these...
