Solution Manager Error -- Current IBase component is not in an active IBase

Hello gurus,

I have some problems with my post-installation of SAP Solution Manager 7.0 with ST 400 level 15, but almost somehow I achive the solution and I solve all of them, except one... which this I ask you in this message for help!

I can´t reach the solution... why!? I don´t know, but this error disenables me to use the maintenance optimizer (Tcode DSWP) tool which is necessary as you know to get the lastest stacks and downloaded that lastest support packages.

I created a solution in Tcode DSWP and when I go to "Change Management --> Maintenance Optimizer" I choose on first stage ("Plan Maintenance") the product version and the system for which I want to apply the new Support Package, so... when I click in Continue button the system show me a message error with this information "Current IBase component is not in an active IBase"!!

Believe me guys I try several things to find a solution and I read 3 or 4 SAP notes which talk about that, but I can´t overcome this error!!

Can you give me some help, advice, solution... anything can help me!!

Follow the steps in the SAP note 1030498 and the problem should be resolved.
