Hi @,

What is the correct way to export and import DC's project without NWDI. I have created DC projects and now need to export and import in other machine and not able to find correct procedure for the same whether to export directly or as an archive an fthen import it again. I am trying but its not working?

Can you please suggest any link or steps for the same.

    Hi,

This pdf describes how to import the local Web Dynpro DCs into the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/nw-wdjava?rid=/library/uuid/a788fda2-0c01-0010-f5a3-b1445014369e

to export just navigate to the required dc

    C:Documents and Settings<user name>.dtc<your dc name>

copy the dc and paste in another machine same path C:Documents and Settings<user name>.dtc<your dc name>

    Regards,

    Amit,

if you dont want to have NWDI you can set up CVS

    check this https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/d079e754-8c85-2b10-8b9a-b36db5262122
