text in Terms & condition

Hi,

In SO10 I created one text name as Terms & conditions.

in that I maintained all terms & conditions.

Now in quotation at header level in TEXT view

how can I fetch that text??

Hi,

In First document you must maintain the Taxtid in Taxt procedure....there you can the one filed..Text is obligatory,Here you should maintain Y(Text will be displayed during the copying.

you should maintain same Text id in Qt document also...

Please revert me back if you wont get the solution..

Hi Rahul

Generally SO10 is used to create a text and that text is assigned in layout or smart forms by ABAPer's .So as per your requirement is that you want terms and conditions .It has to come in quotation then create the text in SO10 and in layout or smart forms we can assign that text and . Assign the smart form to the quotation output type. so automatically once you generate the output at header level then you will get the statement in the output.

But ABAP'ers will do this assignment and they we should give only the inputs.
