Service Entry For Amount

Hi All:

I created a Service PO for a vendor where Qty is 1 EA and total amount is $1000.00.

Is it possible to perform service entry for amount $200? I do not want t o change qty on service entry to 0.2 Ea. I want it to be 1 EA.

Please let me know, If this can be done.

hi,

Its not posible to change at service entry sheet ...you should first make changes at the PO...and then it'll possible in service entry sheet...

To change the gross price while doing SES, you need to tick "price Change" at service tab.

Double click on the short text there and at Basic data tab you will find the option " Price change" Tick this and then only you can change the price while doing SES without changing the quanitity.

But I think this will create mess if you will analyse differenet report as there is X price in PO and while SES it is Y.
