Hi forum members,
Can anyone confirm whethe the download and upload buttons (in SRM 5.0) can be used to create additional lines in bids or contracts or whether the upload button can be used to create new documents too?
I assume it can only be used to change existing document data or add new lines, but not to actually create new documents?
Also, if we want to create new lines, does the excel upload file require GUID's for this to work? What is the minimum item data needed?

It is used create new documents, the GUID will be generated during upload and I don't think you can append new lines to the existing document using this approach.
