There is a note for this problem...they have suggested to run a correction program, but that was for 4.6c/b...In service market place search with the term 'WRC' we can get the note.

follow this link

Financial Accounting (New)>Travel Management>Travel Expenses>Dialog Control>Define Schema and Individual Field Control

Then choose the Trip Prov. Variant

Then click on Business Trip

In the right hand side, there are 2 check boxes.Select Multiday Trip.

Hi Anil,

Try these two things.

1) maintain the feature "TRVPA" in SPRO for switch WRC in the decision tree.

2) in the schema "travel expenses"

uncheck the overlapping trip. in SPRO.

In spro travel manegement check out expert view as well.

i guess there is an option as well where you need to make the settings allow multiple trips in single day.

Let me tel the scenario, i am creating two travel requests on a same date in the transaction trip, i dont know which infotype it stores..other than tables.i want to restrict creating two on a same date....i dont know how to do it...pls help me in this regard.

My requirement is not hide the date field...but incase user has already created a trip on a particular date and tries to create another on the same date...it shouldn't allow him to create....pls help me in this regard.

You need to change the time constraint of that infotype
