Confirmed Quantity zero though sales order stock is there

Hi All

In Make To Order scenario i have posted the production order stock to sales order stock, and the stock is shown against the sales order stock, but still the system is showing zero confirmed quantity at sales order item level. unless and untill the quantity is shown, delivery can not be done.

So kindly suggest me a solution for this issue.
