Error Message when trying to launch a course

Our users periodically receive error messages when trying to launch a course indicating that the launch was terminated because the asset is not in the user's catalog. However, when checked the asset is in the user's catalog. Sometimes the issue is resolved by changing the browser (indicating that the issue has nothing to do with the catalog) but sometimes it is not.
