SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4 upgrade to EHP7 / ASU

Dear Experts,

We are working on upgrade project and we are in in Check phase od SUM we asked to run the transaction (/ASU/UPGRADE).

when we execute the transaction code a list of manual tasks to be done appeare as below image. but when we tried to execute the firest and second tasks in the lis a message raised (Only relevant for implementation of EnhP4. See note 1156407 for further details.).

we go through mentioned notes and note 1000009but we didn't get any solution.

my question what we have to do ?
