Status of service desk message does not change

I have a problem with two Service Desk Messages which I need to delete or at least confirm. The problem is that the status of those messages doesn't change! At their creation the field Installation / IBase / Component was left blank and it could not be changed too. Any idea why the status does not change?

How can I remove those messages from the system? Archiving won't help because the status can not be changed to "confirmed". In which table are support messages being stored?

Hi.

Not sure if this will work for you but you may try report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to set status/withdraw.

Unfortunately, the execution of this report leads to UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION: CX_SOCM_MISSING_RFC_DEST

This Problem Normally occurs when you use Web service-based interface to send a message.If this is the case please follow note [1089075|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1089075] .

The tickets were not created via web, but through transaction CRMD_ORDER.

And the note about status "confirmed" does not really apply. It is the status value "in process" that could not be set for exactly those two tickets. For all other tickets the same status can be set.
