I have a task to perform and facing some problem with it. We have employees that needs to be moved from one dental plan to another keeping all their credentials identical. The cost premium, the dependant coverage types and the actual dependants enrolled into the plans.
I thought about the FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION. The question is, if I look the PA0167 table structure, it had fields for plan type, dependant coverage type, how to tie the employee cost, ER cost, provider cost and the right dependants information to the plan.
How can I accomplish it? We have a sizeable employee populations that need to be shifted from one health plan to another keeping the rest of the info same.
Any thoughts or ideas shall be really helpful?
