No of records issue in BEx Query

In the BEx Query, we have used Exception aggregation -Standard Aggregation.

In Row, we have a field Document date as 7th field. When I move the Document date field, the no of records became reduced from 10k to some few hundred records.

May I know the reason for this. How can we correct this?

use constant selection and try.

When we drill down characteristics in report, all KPIs will split accordingly.
