Hi All,
I am working on support project.
I am having a workflow without any email step in it.However user is saying email ususaaly gets tirggered to him and now for some reason emails are not triggering.Can any body guide how this is possible.I checked for extended notification scheduled in background but havent found it.
Kindly guide.

First check the workflow log where from you are expecting to get email. Then check SOST ,mail is triggered or not

Could you please advise, what is the particular mail the user is supposed to get. You may request the user to send you any previous mails he/ she got. Does the mail contain any attachment/ link to access the work item ?
Please share that information here. you may omit any company sensitive data .
Assuming the mail contains an attachment to access the work item , it may be sent by the program rswuwfml2. Please validate this as well.
But there are quite a few other possibilities by which the mail can be triggered.
