Hi,

I maintained Text in Sales Document Header.....about No.of Ship to address .

This same Text i need to copy into the Delivery Document with pop-up box..

In IMG......i maintained Requirement(1) in access sequence.

Plzz revert me back...........if you need more clarity.

Do you want to know how to make the text Popup or the whole config for creating a text type for deliveries and setting up the access sequence and procedure?

If it is just about the popup then

1. use T-code VOTXN

2. Select Delivery Header and click on change

3. Select your text procedure and double click on Text Id's in TextProc on the left

4. Change the value in text is obligatory field to "Y Text will be displayed during copying" or "Z Text is obligatory and is displayed when transferring"

Hi maruthi

Go to t.code VOTXN and as you want the pop up at delivery level.select the delivery level and do the following steps but as it has to give pop up ,you have the option text is obligatory or Text will be displayed during copying or Text is obligatory and is displayed when transferring . Select any one of the three and check once you create the delivery.

hi,

use function READ_TEXT in delivery user exit and call the text maintained as a popup
