Live Auction bids not copied to EBP at end of auction

Hello,

During conducting Live Auctions we've faced such a problem:

Our vendors make and submit bids in the Live Auction window. After the ending of the auction we go to Process Auction and try to Compare Bids, but in the Bid column is zero and the Comparrison button is not active.

Looking for a answer i found a note 811180 ("Live Auction bids not copied to EBP at end of auction"), but this note is for SP09 and we have already installed SP12

We have the same problem and we are on SP13.

How did you cope with it?

pl check whether yr local time and server time are same.

the aution would end as per the server time and then the bids would be copied and visible.

the first point we've checked was the time, and it is the same in the system and in realtime
