Integration SAP Solman Service Desk and freeware Third Service Desk tools

Hi!

I am very interested to get familiar with integration of SAP Solman Service Desk and Third Service Desk tools.

Has some one experience with such integretion and can answer the following questios

Question:

What ist the freeware third Service Desk tool that can be downloaded and integrated with SAP SOLMAN Service Desk?

Any helpful information will be very appreciated!

Hey Holger,

Such integration is very difficult without adapters being installed on the third party service desk...these adapters can communicate with sap system...and then only integration is easy...

The respective third party service desk needs to have adapters ( available as plugins )....and then the integration becomes easy....

HP is one which has this adapters to communicate to sap system...

Hey Holger,

This depends much on the third party vendor....if he provides the adapter for free,then one can enjoy....

I believe with HP its free...not sure though.....please check all this details in the relevant third party helpdesk directly....Thats the best place you the get all the information from..
