delete sales order

HI,

After delete the sales order how I can check the details of sales order & material & who deleted the sales order.Please give me the solution for this.

Hi Rajesh,

Go to transaction SE38 and execute report RVSCD100.

Enter document number and execute.

This should tell you who deleted the order.

Hi Rajesh

Go to SE16 and give the table name VBAK and VBAP .

Another option is Menu-> Environment -> Changes , execute there you can see the data also .This is where you can see the changes that have been made to the sales order which is not deleted But if any order is deleted , it is difficult to retrieve .

Sorry, I misunderstand your question!

As Prasanth said, once deleted, a document is impossible to retrieve it back.

Hi,

If you want to see that for a particular sales order in VA02/VA03 on menu bar; Environment - Changes , Execute (F8) , it will be displayed a list of changes, if you will double click on items it will be displayed the details.

Rajesh,

Once you delete a sales order, you may not be able to retrieve the same from the system. If you know the sales document number, try with tables CDHDR or CDPOS. But I don't think you can retrieve the same.

Se-16 with table cdpos I can check deleted sales order no.Ok but how Can I check material no with w.ref to deleted sales order no.

Hello,

I don't think you can get the deleted order information. Once you delete the sales order, it is almost impossibile to retrieve it back.
