we have installed Solution manager 7.0 with SP14. we are trying to configure Maintanance Optimizer. what are the prerequisites and steps for Maintanance Optimizer

Hi.

Basically you need to activate the BC-set (sap note 990534 or IMG), have the SAP-OSS RFC connection configured and an S-user assigned to your SU01 user (tx: AISUSER).

There are additional configuration tasks if you use multiple customer numbers in your system.

To make use of all features you need to maintain tx: SMSY additionally.
