ERC Please walk me how to generate EEO Reports

Dear Experts

I have created EEO quesitonniare and process templates everything working fine now my issue is they wanted to see how that EEO report looks like can I run this from ERC or I have to get access ERP and then run this report. I dont see any EEO stuff any of the start pages. Long back when they did developed the system they never implemented EEO stuff I have created and except reports

I have created a query using SQ01 to generate reports by selecting User Group E-Recruiting: Recruiter (ERC_RECR) reports been generated in all the start pages including recruiter, administrator as well systems administrtation..my business requirement is to show only a perticular user, So how do we can control ..advice please

Dear Experts,

I have a question I guess little complicated, created EEO questionnaire based on business request. We used to have three radio buttons for the questionnaire responses any my client donu2019t want u201Cnot specified radio buttonu2019 been turned off from IMG. Now I got only two input fields to the entire questionnaire which is ok.

In the form first question is I choose to complete questionnaire options will be Yes or No

I checked first question response required I made first question is mandatory field if they choose No every thing is ok

If they choose yes with out answering rest of the question Gender and Race they are able to submit the form.

So business asking me to fix the issue by customize BSP page or IMG configuration, please some can help

I really appreciate if some one get me right answer please
