positive or negative time evaluation

Hi

My client has a time recording system where the time is recorded as actual times, but it will be sent in the form of hours to SAP system. I mean just the number of hours worked by the employee.

Now I have a doubt that will it be a positive or negative time evaluation and which schema will i use?

thanks a lot.

I think it need to consider as Positive Time evaluation without clock.

You can use the schema TM04 for this.

    Hi

The given scenario is for Positive time Management with clock times.

    For clarity:

Positive Time Management we have two types of recordings:

    1. With Clock times - Complete time recording is captured

    2. With out Clock times - Only Number of hourse worked is captured

    Negetive time Management:

    1. No clock times and assumed employee is working unless and until his or her absences are entered.

    Thanks and Regards

    David

It is entirly depends on your client business process. You and I just can't decide this with very less info given by you.

If your client really want to track and evaluate time events in such case you must have to go for postive time management.

For that you need to ask your clint to provide you in and out because it swiping system you must be have the records of TIME IN and TIME OUT without these even that system can't calculate hours worked.

End user might not aware that how to get this report. Please call the vendor of that software and ask how to get TIME IN and TIME OUT report

If it is positve you need to go for TM00

Negetive you need to go for TM04

    Best Regards
