Crystal crashes with a myodbc5.dll error

Issue

Crystal Report Crashes when we run a certain report. We have just upgraded from the trial version to the full version of crystal 2008. Another user still running the trial version is able to run the report without problems. Other reports using the same ODBC connection are running fine on the affected machine.

Here is some information from the dump report

Error Signature

AppName: crw32.exe AppVer: 12.0.0.683 ModName: myodbc5.dll

ModVer: 5.1.5.0 Offset: 0001b720

How should we proceed?

Any help would be appreciated.
