Hello experts,
I have a strange problem in MASS and XK99 transactions.
When I try to do a mass modificaction of any field of vendor or customer inromation, as NAME2 or TEL_NUMBER throught MASS or XK99 transactions, the system always returns XS138 error "Email address / is invalid".
I don't know why the program takes "/" value, when it's filled with a correct value.
It is not a particular case, but It occurs with all of vendors and customers.

The "/" sign is a batch input default for fields which shall not be changed.
Is the email address correct? does it have special characters?
Are the tables (LFA1, ADR6) unchanged? Are the programs unchanged?
I can only find 10 OSS notes for this error message, and none does actually have a relation to XK99, most are CRM and SRM related, and would expect a kind of high priority note if that happens in XK99 for any update and would turn out to be a SAP bug.
