BIP - Connection from IDT failed with SAP Logon

I want to setup SSO against SAP BW for SAP BO BI 4.2 as described here:

While adding a connection in the IDT (Information Design Tool) I get an license error. What kind of licenses do I have to add to the BIP for getting this solved?

does the connection work if you set it up using predefined SAP credentials. I can't interpret your picture but I'd imagine the issue is a BW license issue as BI should stop you from logging into the tool not the data source.
