Hello Lee,

To download multiple files to extract Financial data is to run extraction run for financial data. However this will give you the output only SAP Audit format and not in CSV/XML format. As far as I know, to download data in xml/csv you will have to execute reports individually.

Hello Lee,

When you create a Extraction Run for Financial Data, Output format is always : 1 - SAP Audit Format which can not be changed.

If you wish to extract the data in CSV or xml format, you can go do so by executing the report with the desired parameters and then use download option. Using this you can download report in CSV /XML format.
