PO MEDRUCK

hi,

my requirement is to do modification in the layout of the PO.as per its output type(in tcode NACE),the form is MEDRUCK.so,my question is,if i want to do changes then :

(1) will i have to change the form name in the output type i.e ZMEDRUCK and then do the changes.

(2) will i have to create new output type and assign it a progrm and form name.

(3) what i have to do ,if i want a smartform instead of Sapscript form for PO...will the standard program of PO will change.

(4) doing changes in only NACE will reflect the changes or some customization has to be done in SPRO..if so then what..

    Hi

    (1) will i have to change the form name in the output type i.e ZMEDRUCK and then do the changes.

Yeah. You need to give the Z script in place of the standard script in NACE.

    2) will i have to create new output type and assign it a progrm and form name.

Yes, generally the practice is to create a Z output type and assign customized script to the program.

    (3) what i have to do ,if i want a smartform instead of Sapscript form for PO...will the standard program of PO will change.

If you need to go to smartform, If you have a standard smartform, then assign that along with the print program. If you dont have then, need to migrate script to smartform and the Print Program Changes as well. So,everything is new.

    (4) doing changes in only NACE will reflect the changes or some customization has to be done in SPRO..if so then what..

Doing changes in NACE will reflect in the tcode,no other customization is required.

    Regards,

    Vishwa.
