Hi,

I need to download the test plan data to Excel for analysis. I tried that from STWB_WORK, but I see no option to download to excel.

Can someone help me , how to download it to excel.or is there any alternative Tcode for that..

Sudha,

From the same transaction, try this from menu

List --> Export and choose Spreadsheet or Local File and select the Spreadsheet Option.

Hi Kalyan,

Thnakyou for the reply. I got that before i saw the reply. One more thing is from the list, it only allows us to download to the XML and not to the normal excel.

To do that , we need to gor to List - Print preview- .

Here we can see the normal download to local file option, from which we can download to any format we wish.
