PA-Country Specific

Dear All,

In a global implementation, how can i go about PA config, as the master data maintenance will be country specific.

For Example: My cleint has in india and US, how do i go about the PA config (Personnel Actions..), do ihave to create two differnt info groups and personnel actions?, then how do i go about in T588C..Pls help me in this regard.

What you have understood is right...we need different personnel actions for differnt countries...

than check with above one different personnel action (reference Grps) according to the countries depends upon the user

Correct me if i am wrong, i think we can have only 1 reference group at any point of time, but then how could i different with differnt reference groups..?

differentiate according to reference grps and assign them according to user parameters

As far as my knowledge create infogroups and actions separately for each country
