Info needed on date od Role Assaignment

Hi,

I have requirement where I have to maintain a database of Users and corresponding roles assaigned to them. So I would wish to poll the UME using the UME APIs periodically and update my database.

1) Is there any specific API to know the timestamp when a particular role is assaigned to the User.

so that my programe will update only those users for which there is a role recently changed, based on the time stamp.

2) If case such a method/API does not exist, any suggestion to implement the scenario.
