We have some validation in BeforeSave Event in Service Request BO and Item Node and this is not getting triggered (or was told this gets triggered sporadically).
Any Idea how to trigger this or overcome this limitation?
BTW, This is on click of a button in the QC of the item node. It does not trigger the BeforeSave event for the item node during click of the button but, gets triggered along with the beforeSave Event of the Root Node. Any ideas please or is this the way C4C works?
