Import Language parts of Support Packages

Hi,

I have successfully defined and imported French, Spanish language from language dvd into NW2004s system.

Now while importing support packages, its taking all but two compoents which are in EPS/in directory. Those are SAP Application Platform 7.00 & SLL-LEG 720: Add-On Installation. Even its accepting SP upto level 12 for these components but the base component is missing and is showing red.

Any idea how and from where I can get it detected and apply this.
