copy of volume and period discounts to another price list

How do you copy volume and period discounts from one rice list to another?

I set up a pricelist with a factor of another price list. Basically a 10% mark up of the prices of another price list. The Unit price comes up correctly, but the volume discounts are not copied over to the new price list. When I check the New Price list, I See the unit price but when I drill down on the item there are no volume or period discounts. How do I copy them from price list to price list?
