Hello Experts,
We are using SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management. We have an issue where we could still see some value as an ACCRUAL BALANCE even if the status of the trade promotion is BALANCED.
Kindly let me know if any solution to make the accrual balance to ZERO which should be the case for BALANCED status trade promotion.
