How to preventing us from printing and saving as PDF format?

while we are using 750 SAP GUI version (patch level-3 and hot fix -1) is preventing us from printing and saving as PDF format.

• i was previously has SAP 740 but needed access to SAP FMS
• i was received access to SAP FMS and was upgraded to SAP 750 earlier in the week; I was unable to print or convert to PDF after this upgrade

• I was then downgraded to SAP 740 again but lost SAP FMS

Ensure you test one affected machine with patch 5 of 7.50 gui.

Does the issue still occur after testing?

Currently in our environment we are trying to use upgraded version SAP GUI 7.50 Patch level : 3 Hotfix : 1 so, that user can unable to print or save any format .

Now this fix can be activated by using SAP GUI 7.50 Patch level : 4 Hotfix : 1 (or higher) and setting the below registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\ReleaseDebug]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\ReleaseDebug] (on 64-bit OS)
"DeleteModeDispatchOnlyPrvtWinMsg" = [REG_DWORD] 1

The HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry value has a higher priority than the registry value under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
