C4C Sales Planning - Planning Dimensions

Dear Friends

We are working on C4C 1611 release. We have business requirement for creating Sales Plans on Product Categories and Products with targets based on number of units and value. The system provides the out of the box capabilities to enter the target value however I could not find any way of entering number of units bases target value maintenance.

Is there any way of maintaining the target based on number of product units. The business scenario is that the sales plan needs to be created for the product quantity, for example the Sales Rep needs to sell the specific number of units of a product or product category every month.

Appreciate your advice on the same.

Hi Avineesh,

In the excel add-in, go to the Hybris C4C tab, select "show/hide" (far right) and then select "View". A new selection area will appear on the right, mark the "Quantity" checkbox and the quantity will now appear if your planning area.

You will have to adpat your reports to include the quantity aspects for forecasting & planning.

I was able to mark "Quantity" checkbox. But could you please provide further information on the adaptation required at the reports level? I´m not sure about what the next steps are.

does anyone have some info about it? i´ve found "quaqntity key figure into repport "Sales plan", but it only shows planned quantity, i can´t reach for real sold quantity.
