i am trying to install the nstallation of service pack 7 for Crystal Reports 9 of Crystal reports>it gives the follwoing error - "failed to create backup folder -110". Can you please let me know what would be the solution to make the update successfully

The only reference I found in SAP "Internal Use" document says that Error 110

" can occur due to a missing product. The install can't reference where the product is located to create registry keys that point to a backup folder. Installation will continue, without backing up files."

It means you will not be able to uninstall the Service Pack 7 if you will continue.
