Printing in US and Europe. Options

I have a Crystal Report that needs to be printed in both US and Europe. So sometimes it needs to be legal and sometimes (A3). Not sure if that is the equvilant but you get the point. I want to have it just print and nothing gets cut off and a user doesn't need to change his settings.
