Disclaimer: front end property setting on a list column is expensive because it causes an overhead of one calculation per row, so it is not advisable to use.
If you still want to do this, you would place the ruby script in the 'enable' property of this list column. $currentrow will give you what you want.
Secondly, do you want to set the property based on the value of the same field as indicated in the screenshot? Have you considered the user interaction that would result from such a requirement?
