Dear Gurus,
I have created a Workflow in Dev and tested , it seems to be working perfectly, however when I transport to quality system it comes up with an error saying " Workflow defination not in version" can you please advise on what could be the cause of this problem.

MM
Hi,
Use the function module 'SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999'.
Execute this function module and give the ws<number> and do execute.

Hi Ronit,
I ran the report as u suggested ,bt the error still prevails. When I go to PFTC i can see the workflow ,bt when I try going into the workflow builder that is when I get the error. Basically the version is not getting created in the target ssytem despite showing success on the transport log.
Hola,
Have a look at tables SWFDEVTYP and SWFDEVENA. The entries related to your workflow should be included in your transport, to be sure the last version is activated on the target system.
Also, try to create a new version and activate through the workflow builder main menu. It may help you to better manage the last active version

Miguel
