Issue regarding Quality Inspection Lot

Hi,

My Client has done a GRN wrt a PO. The quality view was mantained for that material. So at the time of GRN the system has generated an inspection lot. But there was no Quality plan ceated for that material.The quality plan was created after processing the GRN. Now I am unable to do the User Decision and the Result Recording i.e i am unable to clear the inspection lot.

Please help me to resolve this issue. As this situation is not leting stores to issue the goods due to deficite of stock so this issue has been marked as High Priority.

Hi,

go to QA02 after re-setting the sample using qac3

go to the inspection specifications tab

click the task list/spec tab and just save the lot

now go to qa33, select the lot and give the UD

Hi,

Use two steps

QAC3 - Re-set inspection lot - enter the inspection lot number and just save

QA02 - Change inspection lot - enter the inspection lot number and then assign the quality plan to the inspection lot and save

Please let me know, how to assign an Inspection Plan to a perviously generated Inspection Lot.

Hi,

If inspection plan does not exist for lot.

After creation of the inspection lot go to QP01 create the quality plan and save.

go to QA32 & select the lot ,in the inspection specifications assign the lot + save.

Now lot ll change its status to REL.

Hi,

Go to QA32, here select the Inspection Lot (Status will be CRTD ) and click on "Change Inspection Lot" and under "Insp. specifications" Tab click on "Task list/spec." button and check whether it copies the Specifications. And then save the lot and check the status will turn up to "REL" of the lot.

Now go for Result Recording, UD and Stock Posting.
