My clint using manual condition types in the sales order. He entered pricing condition type with value. Now he wants that value extended to ZERO.so how it can be possible? i entered manual condition type with ZERO value but system does not take the value as a ZERO .
MY client has been using manual condition records in the sales order so he entered priceing condition type manually in the sales order
after that user entered another condition type with ZERO value but system does not consider ZERO value as a net value.users wnats to change from value condition to ZERO value condition in the sales order.Is there any changes
We do not have maintain condition records we are entering condition record manually.so already we entered one condition record with value to the particular sales order and we are trying to change the value to ZERO value to that particular sales order systen does not takes the as a net va;ue with ZERO value please suggest how to change from value to zero.
