Can I create (based on custom condition - say 10% of the business transactions) SRM PO in classic scenario ? What configuration do I need to do ?

Hi Pranav,

You will have to setup extended classic or decoupled scenario. You can activate extended classic in SPRO and implement the BADI BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI to activate decoupled scenario. (Please, double check the BADI name as I don't have a sap system now).
