Hi

Whenever we have some issue at ECC end it is required to take a restart at PI end.

Can this dependency be eliminated.

Thanks

Hi All

Sorry for the delay in response.

Any basis issue which leads to low performance or something like simply login in the R3 system gives dump etc was worked upon followed by PI restart.

@Bhavesh: Thanks for the info.

Hello, Sorry, the question is not clear.

If there is an issue in ECC, ideally you should not be restarting PI. Messages would be queued in PI and can be restarted from PI. So, if you are restarting PI everytime there is an issue in ECC, there should either be more to it or someone is just doing stuff in production without really knowing why!

Hi Raghuraman

For any non-PI(basis) issue or performance issue also whenever there is problem in ECC we need to take a restart of PI system as well.

Can we remove this dependency.

Thanks
