how to change obsolete become not obsolete

Dear Expert,

I need your info about how to change business partner roles that flagged as obsolete.

I have checked note 822507, and program RFSBP_DELETE_DISPENSABLE_TBZ0 is active in the system

But some of BP role still flagged as obsolete, ex: TR0600, TR061,TR0602, TR0603, etc

FYI,

My component version : SAP ECC 6.0
