Required some information regarding synckey.

iam trying to modify the standard table MDK_INVENTORY by using syncbo of type S01 :- as it requires sync key

can some one inform me how to get the sync key and does the sync key is generated for each and every entry.

kindly give me some inputs.

    Hello,

    The sync key is generated for each rows (header and child) by the middleware to uniquely identify each objects.

    You get the sync key the same way you get the value of any other field (thru the row).

      Hi Gouri,

      I guess you have already installed MDK. In there you can see the Examples secition if you go to the documentation of the MDK. In there you have great examples on how to modify and delete the BOs.

      Please be aware, you need the CREATE/MODIFY/DELETE handlers iplemented in the backend and added them to the BO in MEREP_SBUILDEr if you try to modify items on the device that are already synchronized with the backend.
