create internal catalogs

Hi Guys,

Need help on creating SRM- Internal catalogs. I have seen other threads, but I think I was looking for step by step process of creating internal catalogs in SRM-CCM. Currently I dont have system access so I am not sure if they already have CCM configured or not. Please advise
