Error in booking participant for course

During booking a course using LSO_PSV2, showing error "The participant is not available during the course."02112016.jpg.

I checked:

1.Report for booking per participant showing webbased training end date infinite. Is booking not happening due to web based training?Report is attached with post for your reference. participants-booking-02112016.jpg

2. IT 2001/2002. No leave maintained for that period.

Need your advice to solve this issue.
