Why am I getting the message "Load Report Failed" followed by "Invalid Report Path"

We have a Crystal Report that receives parameters from a program and that is then executed by the program to print a label in conjunction with the program also sending a production transaction to our Shop Floor Control system. For years, this report has worked without issue. However, we are now getting the error "Load Report Failed" followed by "Invalid Report Path", but it doesn't happen on every production transaction we submit, and it never happens when we do a Reprint which excludes the submission of the production transaction. So, the fact that it doesn't happen all the time and the reprint always works, we know the Report Path is valid or else it would never work. Also, this error is only occurring when ran on our remote terminal server but not when ran from a PC workstation. So, any ideas as to the cause of this issue would be appreciated.
