I have a simple report with just three fields Group, Group GPA, Trainee Count. For example:

P 3.86 106

Q 4.2 115

R 3.58 98

S 3.74 110

I want Group P, Q, R, S on X-axis and GPA and Trainee Count on Y-axis.

Hi Anurag,

In the chart:

1. Use the "Group" field as the "On Change of" field

2. Use the GPA and Trainee Count as the "Summarized Fields" with their aggregation functions set to "sum".

Since each Group has only one row, the sum should result in the same value.

Abhilash has given you the right answer, but I have something you might want to think about. I would not show all of the data on a single chart. From the data you're showing, the scale of the GPA is an order of magnitude smaller than the Trainee Count. This means that it won't show well on a chart where both are displayed together unless you make the chart very large.
